Returns Policy

Thanks for asking! 

Our returns policy is pretty straightforward. Please note, returns are permitted for refund of product only; original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Return item(s) must be shipped at the customer's expense in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

To return item(s) please ship products to the following address listed below with a copy of the original invoice. Additionally, we ask that you to state the reason for the return and submit it to shop@ninemileclothing.com.

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We will not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Please note, item(s) returned must be in perfect condition or refund will not be granted.

We won’t be able to accept any items which: 

- Have been worn 
- Washed or otherwise used 
- Have any makeup-transfer or are otherwise stained 
- Have the hygiene seal removed (swimwear)

We do not accept returns for products that were not purchased on Ninemileclothing.com.

We do not exchange products.


For our UK & ROI customers, you have up to 14 days from the date on the dispatch note to return an item. Please return all items in their original packaging. 

Refunds will not be given for goods that have proof of delivery. 


Returning an item is really simple!

Just follow the steps below:

1. Re-package the item in original packaging or secure, waterproof package with all labels and tags still attached.

2. Cover your address label if your re-using the original package with the return the address below:

We recommend using a tracking service.


Sure! We recommended that you use recorded delivery for your return so you have a tracking number and can monitor the delivery status of your return. You can expect to receive your exchange within 21 days of us receiving the returned item(s) You can expect an exchange within 21 days of us receiving the returned item(s), however, please allow 1-2 weeks for UK processing, once we receive your return/exchange package.For International addresses, please allow 30 days for processing

Unfortunately, shipping & handling is not refundable and Nine Mile Clothing com is not responsible for exchanges/returns lost during shipping. Additionally, please be advised we will need to charge your original payment method to reship your item(s) back to you.


Oh no! We do apologise!

First things first, please get in touch with our Customer Service team using shop@ninemileclothing.com to let us know so we can assist. A member of our team will be in contact with you very quickly. After that, please return the faulty item to us within 14 days of receipt of the faulty good(s), using the above return method.


We aim to process your return ASAP, but unfortunately, sometimes it may take up to 21 days after receipt of the returned item(s), for your refund to be processed. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier, and we will check this out for you!


As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team, you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer. 


Sale items are non-refundable.
